Tim Ponder, Assistant Director for the OLRC, has worked for the OLRC for 13 years and was one of its first employees. A noted leader in technology and its integration into adult and family literacy, Tim has been the director or co-director for Institute-funded LINCS programs. In addition to providing in-person and electronic professional development for adult literacy practitioners, Tim develops and maintains collaborative relationships with other organizations and individuals including ProLiteracy Worldwide, the National Adult Education Professional Development Consortium, the American Library Association, and others.
